CAROLINA POINT - April 16-18, 2027!
Imagine spending the weekend with your family away from the busyness of life at Young Life's Carolina Point nestled in the mountains just outside of Brevard, North Carolina!
Who Comes to Family Camp: Families from Lake Norman, as well as other areas around North & South Carolina. Anyone is welcome at Family Camp! Many families have been a part of Young Life for years and some will be brand new!
We have room for about 25 families from LKN to join us. When our spots fill, a wait list will begin so sign up ASAP to guarantee a spot for your family!
What to Expect: Adventure, fun, and memories! Carolina Point has so much to offer families! You can play in the the lake, archery tag, go karts, OGO balls, shoot hoops in the gym, disc golf, game room, volleyball, etc. Or just relax by sitting on the rocking chairs overlooking the beautiful camp! We will have Club four times over the course of the weekend, where we will sing/worship alongside our kids and hear a series of talks (while our kids head out for Kids Club).

Adults/Older Kids (12+): $190
Kids (3-11): $100
Kids 2 and under: FREE!

Registration and Deposit: A deposit of $100 for your family can be charged upon registration to hold your family spots. The remainder will be charged on Tuesday, March 16. (*or you can pay the full amount today when you register). Money in non-refundable after March 16.
Lodging: We will be housed by gender: ie. dads and boys together, and moms and girls together!
*Separate family housing is only provided for families with babies under the age of 1. Fill in the box on the form below if you would like to request separate housing. Please note: we will do our best to request all the accommodate everyone's requests, but no guarantees. Unless you have a young baby, plan on being placed in a cabin with other moms/daughters, and dads/sons!
What to Bring: Comfortable play clothes, tennis shoes, rain coat, warm clothing (in case it gets cool in the evening), long pants and close toed shoes for some activities, swim suit, beach towel, extra bath towel, toiletries, medications, money for snack bar and store, Bible, and notebook. Saturday evening will be Western themed. Be sure to bring an outfit for everyone in the family!
Linens: All bedding, pillows, and one bath towel will be provided for you. We suggest bringing an additional bath and/or beach towel.
Schedule: Registration on Friday night at Family Camp will most likely be between 5-7PM, with the first event around 8PM. Departure will be around 11:30AM-12noon on Sunday. (We will be sending you a weekend schedule as we get closer).
Kids Club (infant to 5th grade): Kids Club will be provided for children (infant to 5th grade) during the talk portion of each of our four YL Clubs. This time will be a fun time for your kids to hear about Jesus, make crafts, play games, and be cared for well by our Kids Club volunteers. If you have any specific questions/concerns, let us know so we can serve you & your kids well!
Middle and High Schoolers: If you have a high schooler who would like to do WORK CREW or a middle or high schooler who would like to assist with KIDS CLUB, please send us an e-mail & we can find a spot for them to serve!
Health Forms: Families are required to fill out a YL Health Form which will be emailed once you register and can be completed electronically.
