Departure: Sunday, around 8 am
Return: Saturday, around 7 pm
TRIP DETAILS: We will travel by charter bus to SharpTop Cove, located near Jasper, GA for the BEST WEEK OF YOUR LIFE! More details about all the incredible activities and facilities at SharpTop Cove can be found by clicking here!
COST: $1099, a deposit of $199 is required to hold your spot!
We will have fundraising opportunities this Spring and have some scholarship funds available to help make this trip happen for anyone that wants to go!
Your deposit is nonrefundable after March 15th.
The full trip cost and health forms will be due one full month before the trip, June 20th.
After completing this form, a confirmation will be sent with the information you have entered below. The confirmation page will also include your payment link, for you to make additional payments at a later date.

If only the deposit is made, the payment plan that we'll use is as follows. The card on that you use for your initial payment is what we'll charge! If you'd prefer another plan, just let us know!

FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES:
Our first two SharpTop fundraisers are in full swing!
First - we have our Nugget-A-Thon on Monday, March 24th at 7 pm at 133 Centre Church Rd. Your son or daughter can register to participate in the nugget-a-thon at this link here if they haven’t already! This is also the same link that they’ll send to people that they want to ask to sponsor them! In order to participate on the night of the event, they must have individual sponsors who have either given or have pledged to give.
Second - we have our Egg My Yard fundraiser where leaders and students will “egg” yards with pre-filled eggs on the nights of April 11 and 12. When people order easter eggs and schedule their delivery, they can choose to donate to specific individuals! The link is ready to go to send out to neighbors, friends, and family in the Lake Norman area! Here is the link to the Egg My Yard fundraiser!
Our last area wide fundraiser will be selling $20 Auto Bell gift cards, where $10 of each sale goes directly back to their camp cost! We won’t officially “start” that until both Nugget-a-thon and Egg My Yard have wrapped up! However, feel free to start making asks. Stay tuned for more details!

Note to parents and campers: At the end of each day, there will be a cabin bell signaling the end of activities for the night and requiring students to stay inside. In order to keep everyone safe, I understand that if my student is caught sneaking out of the cabin after the bell they will be sent home at my own expense, and will not receive a refund for the camp trip cost.
